I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but it looks really basic and rough as it is right now. You should take time to build up and smooth down the skull forms a bit more. Make it more fluid and anatomical.
Also, there are easier and realistic ways to make the "dead skin" details you've been trying to add. You can rub over areas with a brush soaked in alcohol to smooth, blend, and round out the clay. You can also cover the area with a piece of plastic before sculpting to get more realistic wrinkle and fold details. Try that out!
