They look like they are attached to the finger stalls too me.

just for your info: here is a different shot of the same stage/status of that glove (i mean the stage/status at that moment when the fingertips were not attached/rivited to the finger stalls)
look at the red arrows i put on for you: the finger tips were (at that time) not attached to the finger stalls.:
