Ok let me explain............Your poster is MINT because it was shipped from the factory to the movie theater that way. When they started makingt them 27 x 40 I think they stared sending them rolled. The only way you can get a rolled poster is if it wasn't sent off to the theater to be used and it was a left over. You can get movie posters rolled off ebay that were never used in 27 X 41. So in short that is a wonderful mint poster. It's a shame they didn't roll them back then but all the used ones were. I have a very large poster collection so that's how I know. So when you see a poster like this it's in MINT unless your a rolled guy like me.That poster might be really hard to find rolled so I would grab this if your looking for a really nice Halloween 5 poster.
