**this is great becuase people dont see you have lifts on you look taller the same way dick warlock had his in halloween 2**i got a new one great for fvsj boots i seen on fridaythe13thfilmsforumget a pair of boots an old par of high heels with wide heels, make sure the high heels fit in you boots cut off the straps. go to the dollar store get a pair of flip flops cut off the straps and with some contact cement attach the flip flops to the high heelsif you want you can bulk up the actual treads i nused a wood frame and expanding foam you cant try wood blue foam etc- Aaron dick warlock had 3'' cork insoles but this works just as godd and a ton cheaper
