hahahah yeah at first i didnt think i was still in shape b/c ive been getting into lifting like heavily so i thought my cardio would suck but i was surpriesed at myself, i stoped lifting to get big i just do it for endurance.... and i dont mind getting hit in the face lol ive been punched/ hit in the face a good amount.... i do it everyday so im used to it haha, but dont get me wrong it sucks sometimes lol
