Does Anyone Know This Mask?

Please can anyone identify this mask for me? I've just taken it in for repair and a repaint and it has to be 10 years old minimum. You can tell it has been cared for but there are some parts starting to break down from sheer age.There are no makers marks or dates, and the inside is irregular, like it was almost definately created by a private maker rather than a mass manufactured thingI'd ideally like to get it back to it's original look but i could really do with a photo or something to show me how it looked when it was new so i can retain it's original look as intended.
