I'm not sure...right now I'm just taking offers and see how it goes. All I can say is this...this is the first house that I've ever done before and people seem to think it's very accurate. Just make me an offer and I'll get back to you and let you know what's on the table now.Also, I just added the LED and housing on the inside of the house today, so now it can be lit in either Red or Blue Green and shines through the windows quite nicely.
