I ordered Samhain from MMP three years ago. I waited six months but I never got the mask. I contacted MMP and Gary Phillips explained that it was probably caught by customs (they stuff the masks with "baby powder bags" and it was probably leaked; "anthrax powder"). Gary said he would send another Samhain, but after another 6 months I got nothing. After numerous inquiries (phonecalls, letters, emails), they promised a refund. It has been 3 years - no mask, no refund... so I gave up.
