Just want to add that i have offers coming in and i want to do this as fair as possible so as soon as i get an offer that ticks the box i will sell there and then and not hold out for a week or two for better offers <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thanks.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":thanks:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thanks.gif\" />
