Creeper maks made by the FX company that did the films, and given to certain members of the crew as gifts. MAsk and hat are made of latex and mask is fully haired. The tag is still attached and states who this was made for (blacked out for the pics, but still there), and the tag is also signed by Brian P., the head of the FX team for the Creeper makeup. $400, he's a really nice display and is in fantastic condition.
