Mike your probably one of those people that stereotype slipknot to be a death metal type band, and you havent heard really any of thier songs; arent you lol.After hearing some real death metal, i realize how similar each and every voice is in the genre, not to say its bad music, but Corey's voice shows difference. If you dont like Slipknot you may like Stone Sour (Corey's general "rock" band). Slipknots not death metal to those that think that. Its "Numetal". The reason I checked em out was because the masks were so awsome. Then I found their music matched. I also use to be into rap, and surprisingly this (and System of a Down) were the firts bands to break me away from rap.
