I agree with ya Joe. That's the part that knocked my excitement level down a couple of notches. If the drug use and nudity is used in context . . . fine, but to already single all that shit out as major aspects of the movie is a bit disheartening. And it becomes REALLY annoying to me when every other word coming out of someone's mouth is F*CK. I am not offended, just extremely annoyed. I thought maybe this would return the style to the earlier films like 1 through 4. Although there there was drug use . . . just an occasional joint or two, nudity . . . a pair of breasts for a scene or two, cussing . . . yes, but not overly done. Count how many times hear the word F*CK in parts 1 through 4 (and that includes all the DEAD F*CK lines in 4) and I guarantee you it will still be a lower count than what is in the script to this new film.I wasn't happy at all that the writers who wrote FvJ were chosen to pen the relaunch. So far it sounds like they are turning up the intensity of what Friday the 13th became ridiculed for because of the later installments . . . cheesy over-the-top *ahem* excuse me "CREATIVE" <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"rolleyes.gif\" /> deaths and the absurd theory that doing drugs and having sex at Crystal Lake will kill ya. I don't know, like you Joe, I was hoping for a more serious (as much as it can be) approach to the movie like the Chainsaw remake was. The pic posted a few days earlier already screams that Freddy vs. Jason look anyway. Oh well . . . what can ya do?
