But im saying this couse I am one of those people that will jump in, I will take the risk of getting hurt or if its something i just cant deal with the type of crime, I will risk my life. To me i cant see knowing that i saw something like that and did nothing about it, I would consider my self a bitch for that. Well and I alway have a knife on me in case but if its rare which i seems to be , then it probebly wont happen to much but here in minneapolis alot of this does happen and it seems to maintain or just get worse (mainly in the summer time). I know that when things like this happens though, an arrest is made sometimes but no one looks into what makes these people act like this or not care. life is hard for some and just mentaly hard for others. They need to look into people mental status after repeat crimes and certain acts. things like this can be prevented, but the goverment doesnt care to much on the subject. Not even to say that its there problem i guess but crack babys and drug fiends dont have much going for them , and will do what ever just to get what they want or need and sometimes just go crazy. I for one think all communitys should have some sort of protection for you self program, so people know what to do in these situations besides call the cops.
