LOLYou can use any water based or oil based clay over your armature and sculpt onto it, then take a plaster mold and cast it in latex.Or if you don't want to get too involved, you can use a polymer clay like SCULPEY and just sculpt your face, bake it and paint it with acrylics when it's done. You wouldn't use the armature for this method.Also depends on how you plan to use the final piece. Of course the baked clay would be rock hard and could be broken if dropped, but on the other hand if you cast it in latex, you may want to back it with foam otherwise it could be on the flimsy side. Unless you cast it REALLY thick.
