The leatherface bust is the kiling mask by dementia productions and the undermask is a zombie mask by them as well. I changed it(the zombie mask) by cutting out some of the teeth and then painted it and put the hair on. The bust is just a styrofoam cooler cut to the shape ya want and put the clothes on it.
