Got it last year about this time from a guy on Ebay called DungeonDesign. HIS name escapes me though. I don\'t think he makes or sells them anymore.

PS...By the way. The lines around the holes etc are not defects in the mask. It is just from where I sanded the original basecoat off. It was too dark.
