Yeah it is snug some one me, but I stretched it slightly. I had to add some cardio to my power lifting so it will fit properly by Halloween. But I am using it for display mostly anyway. The sleeves were a tad too long, but I cut and weatherd them perfectly anyway. Not too tight, just the waist could be slightly longer. I wish they had it in XL.
