Paypal Payments From Non Confirmed Addresses?

I been skeptical here lately but I actually just recently this month sold a mask on ebay and the shipper was overseas and had a unconfirmed address but he had over 1000 positive feedbacks so I went ahead and shipped it and the transaction went smoothly. Trust your gut I say, if its on ebay then check the feedback and communicate well with the buyer, if its on a forum then try and seek out that individuals rep from other people they have done business with.
