The hillbilly F#@k fest aspect. RZ IS THE MAN !!<!--QuoteEnd</div><!--QuoteEEndHe was being SARCASTIC! <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/teehee.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":teehee:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"teehee.gif\" /> Sure, I liked Zombie's Ho1000C and Devils Rejects, but his "hillbilly f#@k fest" doesn't belong in the Halloween series. The one problem I have with remakes is them "bringing scary back to the series" inevitable ends with them simply making him taller, stronger, and more sinister looking, when what people loved about the originals is that the killer just looks like some guy, whether it be a normal human, or a deforemed face/head.<!--quoteo(post=285935:date=Dec 1 2008, 09:01 PM:name=puckface)<div class=\'quotetop\'>QUOTE(puckface @ Dec 1 2008, 09:01 PM) <a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=285935\"><{POST_SNAPBACK}></a></div><div class=\'quotemain\'><!--quotecOddly enough, the TCM remake had hardly any cussing, no nudity, and surprisingly, a minimal amount of gore. Being the reason it's one of my favorite remakes.<!--QuoteEnd</div><!--QuoteEEndExactly what Scott said, the TCM remake was pretty damn good. Very little cussing, no nudity/sex, little blood, yet still great FX. Definetly worth checking out, as TCM 2-4 were terrible. I can't say the same for TCM Beginning, it was just far too repetetive...As for the F13th remake, it's lookin pretty good so far. Not as good as 1-6, but good.I didn't LOVE the Halloween remake, he did exactly what I described above, with more guts, and girls.... It wasn't terrible if you compare it to Halloween 4-8.
