Soliciting and selling a weapon to an underage person? I have several questions: How did you "solicit" business specifically to this person??? Second, if this person is a minor, how in the world did this person get the money to buy one of your gloves? It's not your responsibility to ensure that your buyers are of age. Example... if a 14 year old takes a credit card from their parent's wallet and uses it to buy a pornographic video on the internet, does the seller get charged for soliciting and selling sexually explicit material to a minor? No.. the seller is not responsbile for these actions... the parent is. She has kitchen knives more dangerous than your gloves. I honestly don't see how it is a weapon since the blades are not sharpened (though pointy). I don't think this holds any water.
