Because most of todays posters and cover art is technically not what I'd consider "art" art, ya know? Covers like the original Paramount Friday the 13th films, The Nightmare on Elmstreet series, Evil Dead, Halloween, Maniac, Texas Chainsaw, etc etc. Those were all actual paintings and whatnot. Today there are mostly cool photographs which is obviously the better marketing tool, but not as original. It's just not the same anymore....
