Instant transfer takes the money directly from you pay account and pays the person you are trying to pay, instead of loading your payapal account, I pay people in this fashion religously and have never had a problem. Your payapl account just stays zero, but the funds come out of your account and pay the person, similar to an ach or wire transfer. Hope that helps.
