My local carriers with the post office have crammed and folded envelopes clearly marked "DO NOT BEND" on them into my mailbox....left boxes in the rain, etc, etc. And its getting worse. My local PO covers a large urban area and is always f'n packed and they always have only one clerk on duty. Every time I go there to mail a package I get behind one of the following:A. 93 year old lady who can't decide on which book of stamps to buyB. 77 year old asian who is mailing 8 packages to some Asian country
