The FrightStuff forums are loading very slow right now, they must be having problems.Sorry I don't know the exact measurements of the Brooker 1 bust, however if you're looking to wear it, FrightStuff has a wearable brooker 1 hood, the one you linked there is not wearable. The hood has the face cut out and is wearable of course.
