Every Brother printer we have gives us a replace toner or drum message weekly for the most part. They love making that money! And if any paper fiber builds up on the feed roller, you can forget about it printing until it's cleaned out. And those fibers build up on a weekly basis as well. So yeah, Brother sucks. Just fits our company budget right now. Speaking of changing the fuser oil, I have to go do that now... completely forgot! Also we have a couple 4250's and they have been tanks so far w/ routine maintenance.
