I'm a line cook during the day. Been doing it for 17 years now. Mostly at bars but i've also cooked at family resteraunts, upscale 5 star resteraunts, banquet halls and the occasional catering gig. I like the atmosphere the most at the bars. Much more laid back. Right now I work at an Irish Pub. Been there the last 7 years.
