Plenty of bad folks, and not enough good folks that want to get involved.Some of the other groups approach this whole thing differently, more safely, and with appropriate training. Not just combat training, but psycology, etc. You don't have to be a big 'n bad dude to stand-up to this sort of thing without getting killed. Sure, it'd make it easier, but it's still not quite like the movies.Not to mention you never know if/when one of those geeks have already called the police or are working with them as bait, or whatever.That's why "bouncing" or breaking up a fight even works.. otherwise you'd get one dude who rules a city, and that'd be the end of it, and cops would just about ALWAYS be required to draw their guns/tazers/etc.I'm not suggesting we all do it, or whatever, but I'm suggesting that it DOES have a possibility of success on some level. If nothing else it reminds people to look at what side of the "good vs. evil" equation they're on at a time when they AREN'T completely unrational and pissed off (or pretending to be). That's the kinda' stuff that can do some long term good.
