A sheep that's bloated from being in the water, and had it's extremities gnawed off by fish (or hacked-off by a hoax perpetrator). You can identify it by it's exposed skull. This is why they want journalists to check it out, rather than experts in related fields of biology. I doubt that it's truly a hoax, but that's possible, and not allowing experts to check it out is kind of a damning thing to do. They claim that they really want to know what it is, but then they don't take the steps to do it.The original one found was much more compelling than this more recent one. That one was likely a bloated seal carcass, unless it was a hoax... the similarites are interesting, but the differences sort of damning.
