Just put a claim against the purchase, this will mean the person you sent it to will at the very least be inconvenienced by having a hold on the account the money was deposited into.I remember 4-5 years ago I paid for a mask through PP and the seller was procrastinating sending it out-- 2 weeks became 6 weeks and on the 44th day I put in a claim. I guess he tried paying his bills and there was a hold and they all bounced. Good for him, I could care less and he overnighted my masks because I would not remove the claim until I got them.So, like I said, it will at the very least inconvenience the hell out of the theif.
