Why not tell the truth to your buyer if you are really not trying to rip them off? Even after I got the claim put in and told the money will go back in my account, he still claims it was shipped UPS. Okay, then I sent him an email saying,send me a tracking # and send me the address you sent it to,maby you sent it to the wrong one. All I got from him, nothing!
