After I got the mask I sent Bill a few emails asking for a better copy. Those emails went unanswered and after a couple weeks I filed a paypal dispute. A few days later I got an email (not through paypal) from Bill and he says this. "Sorry for not responding earlier I unfortunately had not received your earlier messages till now.I was out in Hollywood building sfx items for the new Nightmare on Elm Street movie being shot in Chicago.I had someone else attending to my eBay emails and business in my absence.Unfortunately for me (and for you) they have apparently dropped the ball.I am now here to make sure that all transactions have been completed satisfactorily. Could you do me a favor and reverse the Paypal dispute as soon as possible. This will free the funds needed to follow through with a new mask creation and shipment to you.I can promise this will be done by the end of the week. Thank you, -Bill"To me it seems unlikely Bill needs funds freed up in order to create a new mask. He has asked me to send the mask back and he will then issue a refund but he never responds via the paypal dispute and I don't want to send the mask back only to be given the shaft. Not sure what to think about the situation. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"<_<\" border=\"0\" alt=\"dry.gif\" /> Does this seem fishy to anyone else?
