I knew Bill was a pro FX artist too which is why I am suprised this is happening, and I knew if I relinquished the paypal dispute I could not file another one. So now he wants me to send the mask back and he will issue the refund but he has yet to reply to the paypal dispute. Currently paypal is awaiting his response (it has been for over a week), and his deadline to respond is July 22. You would think he would know how this works, why send me emails outside the paypal dispute to try to resolve it? I will update here when I get something worked out.
