That sucks man.. The only thing you did wrong was win his auction and send him money. I wouldn't budge on that paypal complaint until you've returned the mask and received it repaired, or received a new one.If his people aren't able to do the task, he needs to get better people. Hopefully he learns a lesson from this and no one else get's any more of those craptacular hockey masks that don't match the picture.I'm not saying he isn't an honest business man, just saying his current methods leave a bit to be desired. "Remove your complaint and I'll satisfy your needs?" Hell no. Satisfy my needs and I'll remove my complaint. The complaint is there because he or his people dropped the ball, sent you garbage, and then completely ignored you. Sorry if it's an inconvenience to them, but it's their fault and now their problem.
