They wanted a younger actor to play Thor, they do have plans for him to be in a couple movies at elast with the Avengers. In Marvel Comics, Thor has returned from Rognarok and is "younger" nowAs for the actor playing THOR, he is the same guy who play Capt Kirk's father at the begining of the new STAR TREK<img src=\"http://www.coverbrowser.com/image/thor-2007/1-8.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />
