If you want a better more accurate one you will need an olive or dark green shirt and pants. They are clearly green in the well it areas like in the basement fireplace scene. The costume looks dark blue in the night shots due to lighting, and it is also seen as dark green on the extras disk with Kane and the costume/life-sized. My first one was blue too, but dark green looks a lot better. Good weathering take some time, use acrylic paints because they do not stink and are clean drying. Also use wire brushes for fraying cuts etc. I pretty much explained it all in my thread, but it is a talent thing too and it takes some time to acquire it. Don't expect it all to happen overnight, it is a lot of trial and error. Asking questions like this on the forums is a good start, I sis the same for a lot of things. So I pass the knowledge on to others as opposed to hoarding it to myself like some do, when even they asked tons of questions at first but then never shared the knowledge. Now that is what you call a "self advertising prick." Wat you have is a good start, that chest looks pretty good and a decent Hockey Mask. Who made that? But if you want the best "Crash" is you guy, and a few others here as well make great ones, Warlock Rustedawg etc. Also a Vengeance from Justin. You will also want to paint or have you parts painted all to match, but only if you really want to be blown away and have it look accurate and really nasty like the movie. You can see the Crash mask in my pics, also have it up close more in one thread. http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/index.php?sh...87&hl=crash But if you are on a tight budget what you have looks fone starting out.<!--QuoteEnd
<!--QuoteEEndnot quite sure who made and i actually spoke with the guy a few days ago lol but well for beginners again like my self i know getting a suit accurate will take me thrill ride down to hell all these tips im getting im taking notes maybe i can really do something with the rubies part 7 i was actually thinking about getting a Hockey Mask by crash just not sure of the time and cash will be right or have enough time to even get one done up would love to have some one do the suit for me but as you and i both know i will never learn if i dont atleast try it i got those clothes at a thrift store and it just so happen that my local wal-mart doesnt ever have olive green nor dark green at most of the time and when they do have green dye its powder dye for some reason i like the liquid stuff in the little bottles always works good but does MOD PODGE or anyhing like could play a role in this?
