The way the blade is made at this time, the bevel will not come out as unform as we would like along the top edge. The only way to gave a unfiform bevel right now on these blades is by changing the template of the blade and I think the blade shape is MUCH more important than the bevel's thickness. We'll eventaully get it right but as of right now, we do not see a solution at this time. But rest assured... even with the bevels like they are, the blades still look fantastic and look even better when the bevel is mirrored. We are also applying a tiny bevel along the bottom edge to give it that subtle sharpened look as well. It feels so cool to walk around with the glove on knowing that you're carrying a glove with real knives on it (though not sharp). It does something to you psychologically that the regular fake blades don't give. Mwahahaha....
