Some will think I'm nuts, but I think my favorite Freddy moment would be Tobe Hooper's "No More Mr. Nice Guy" epsiode of Freddy's Nightmares. It still creeps me out. I think his original backstory as a child killer is extremely scary. I don't think the child molester angle will work nearly as well in the remake.
