Trust me. They do seem smaller than the typical mask, but they require about as much silicone. Not quite AS much, but near it. It's certainly not a small amount. And like I said before, silicon is pretty pricey. I agree that gloves should somewhat cheaper than a mask, but I suppose the prices are just set to what people are willing to pay. (and being apart of the haunt biz, I can say first hand that people will pay those prices and THEN some, lol)
