I tried moving the hands around but all is good, maybe your was defected? The hands on mine do pop on and off. I was looking at the sweater and was curious if it was glued down, and much to my delight I noticed his stomach has the chest of soles! That is cool. Not sure how many faces are actually there as the sweater is tough to move up but I see at least three.<a href=\"http://img198.imageshack.us/i/imag00016.jpg/\" target=\"_blank\"><img src=\"http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/7631/imag00016.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /></a>
