You can't walk around with knives either, or scissors. But it is illegal to bring offensive weapons into the country without a license/written consent from the home office (UK Border Agency).Which completely takes the p155 as I could walk into any gift shop in any seaside resort in the UK and find cabinets of display knives, swords, daggers, crossbows etc which I can buy with absolutely no problem at all
