yeah i read this in the newest rue-morgue its says in the frightful facts that.....
no actual accounts of razorblading in candy, but a small boy ate some of his uncles heroin stash and died and he blamed it on a razorblade in a choloate bar
and in 1970 a boy died of razorbladed candy and that his father really intentionally poisoned and used the razorbladed candy as a cover-up
