I really appreciate the kind words, guys. James' bust really is a piece of art. I can honestly say I've never seen such a detailed piece in my life. I will be one of the proudest owners when the 2nd run comes around. It just doesn't get better!
As for the hockey mask, I'm really glad you guys dig it! I've done a couple 4s here recently and have learned a lot with both attempts. There are a few corrections and alterations that should be made, so I think I'll be happy with the next couple I do here soon. To me, learning is the funnest part about hockey masks. It makes you excited and boosts you to make each one better than the last. But as for the awesome blood work, it'd take me try after try to even come CLOSE to what James did in one shot. The guy is a MAD MAN! When this second run hits the market, painted or not, GET IN ON IT! I cannot stress how amazing these pieces are. It's nice to know there are still stand up guys who do quality work in this hobby. James now adds to what I now call the Triple J Trio. James Carter, Justin Mabry, and James Mangrum - the 3 best people in the around, imo.
Thanks again, fellas! Be sure to check out the link for more pics if you haven't gotten a chance, yet!
