In the bidder history it will show the number of feedback but not the name.
It is a little suspicious when new accounts with zero feedback are putting in last minute high bids on an item which had little to no interest.
If you really want the item & it is rare put in your highest amount your willing to pay at the last few seconds of the auction.
No, I'm not sure you understand what I meant. I'm not talking about some random bidder bidding at the last moment. I understand sometimes people have friends bid up their items. I can never prove that type of fraud.
What I'm talking about is when the seller decides to change his auction listing and marks up the price of his item - ONLY - after I have definitively shown interest in buying it.
