Maybe you should attack them by saying that it isn't a doll house but that it's a replica of an actual house. I know I sound funny but I try many ways to attack the shipping company to get my end.
When I had my TCM3 screen-used shipped it was stopped at customs for days. Tom sent it with priority so I called customs to see what was up. I had to go thru 3 different people to actually know where my package was, that means 3 diffrent phone calls in all.
They first told me that my package was insured 3k and I had to pay a fee. Big lie! It was insured 2k. Then the head guy tells me it was stuck in customs because,"They were afraid of holding responsible for something worth 2k." and that they were gonna send me a notification about it....WTF!? After holding it for a week they tell me this right after I called them. Then they ask me what's in the box and I explained to them what it was and then all of a sudden they change the story and state that I had to pay a high custom fee. Everyone knows that I'm a man of patience but having them changing the story over and over(yeah there's more...)got my blood boilng and told them to f@ck themselves and that I was coming over. In the end they charged me a fee of $60 and they sent it to me the next day :down:
