    Looks like the sealer used has gone bad. Some sealers turn yellow /red when exposed to sun or other light sources. Some are just bad batches of sealer and were put on to thick. the teeth have epoxy on them and some epoxys turn ugly over time aswell, depending on light and brand . definitly suckles. Not much can be done accept having it repainted
