They\'re what John Buechler used for the movie mask, and they held up. The straps on a mask don\'t get a whole lot of pressure put on them, so they don\'t need a big thick rivets to stay on, hell, a piece of sticky tack will hold em on, I used that for a while on a mask until I could get some new rivets. I do know what ya mean about the paper fastners though, being paper fastners how strong could they be right? I did a little strenght test, stuck a couple pieces of leather together with one and pulled em apart. If you have that kind of force put onto a mask, you\'re gonna blow more then just the fastners! I just use em cause they\'re screen accurate, try to get as close as possible to the source material, if Buechler had used big ass beefy rivets I would too. But, to each his own right?
