Thats Justins, not twisted toybox. 
Justins is black latex/black base coat which shows a lot of the creases in the bumps, plus he glossed over the muscle tissue and did it in a dark red/pink. Chris casted in fleshtone latex, did a tounge pink muscle tissue and little detailing. Also did the straps a very light brown.
