As a business you need to be responsible......and sometimes you absorb extra costs to make your customers happy. I went through it once where I ran out of latex.....The guy I ordered from had run out and I waited for a bit. (back in May-June) To think, had I not gone to another source to get my latex (at a higher cost), my customers would still be waiting for thier masks \'cause to this day, the supplier still has not restocked! I agree whole-heartedly with Darkside Paul\'s statement earlier.
I had an experience once with a mask maker no longer in business.......he had made a promise to get something out to me by a specific date.....it was only a $30 item. Well the day before came and I called him....he was really stressesd and was overwelmed with orders......but to make good by me....he sent my piece overnight....costing him $38.58 (I still remember).
The guy basically made no money from our transaction....and spent $8.58 on shipping.
Just to make good on a promise to a customer. That really gave me alot of admiration for the way he conducted business with me.
That\'s the way it should be.
Justin is another excellent model of this.....
There\'s more to learn from some of these mask makers than just making masks....
Aaron.....get off the couch and get ta hustlin\'!
