ALL RIGHT, sounds like there is a little interest already. :-)
I was answering a PM from a member just now and while answering I thought of a good point that I\'d like to share with y\'all . . .
The sound quality is like any other store bought CD. My CD burner makes an EXACT DIGITAL copy of the original CD soundtrack. BUT, if you try and burn a copy from the copy I\'m selling, it can only record it in ANALOG so, any subsequent copies anyone makes from my copy will be significantly less in sound quality and even has a slight hissing sound like from a cassette tape. That\'s just the way my Harman Kardon works - they have an license agreement that makes the 2nd generation copying in analog only. But it definitly works for me because it discourages friends from wanting copies from other friends if they want a true equivelent sounding copy of the original CD soundtrack and not an inferior analog copy. They have to buy from me. In other words it\'s a win/win situation for both you, the customer, and me, the seller as you get the exact same sounding CD as the original score music and I get as many sales as possible if people really want the next best thing to actually owning the original CD soundtrack. :-) Hey, try finding one. I had to pay $300 for the orignal release. But I figure I came up with a really good price for something that is so rare so hopefully I will get a great response with this project.
Ok guys, here comes the shameless sales pitch . . . I absolutely LOVE listening to this CD while either working on a Friday project or just looking at my Jason 3 bust. Man is it EVER a mood setter.
Unfortunately for those people like the couple who have already shown interest, who would like a copy as soon as possible, I would need at least 50 people to want to buy one before this project is viable to produce (buying photo paper, blank CDRs, ink for the printer, etc.) so, get the word out to as many people as you can that you think would be interested in this CD and get them to climb aboard so we can get this project off the ground ASAP.
lol -"If I\'m elected President I promise every person in America (and Canada, ay) will have a Friday the 13th soundtrack to listen to in their homes!" (standing applause from the croud)
