Hey, guys!!! I was looking at the Bat stuff over at Rubies new website, and saw some decent looking masks, including a Pt 7 J-Man, and a Classic Leather-Head that I thought you\'s guys might be interested in, and I stumbled across this topic... As I\'m re-touching my Darth Vader costume for Celebration III, and the release of ROTS, I am sort of in a relatable situation. I am in the 501st, as a Dark Lord, DL-5437, to be precise, so I feel obligated to say a little something about this costume... For starters, let me say that for someone who is wanting a Darth Vader costume at the premiere that will stand above the rest, this is absolutely the one to do it with. While not PERFECT, it is a VERY nice replica that actually has all of the parts... If you look back at the pictures of the Star Wars costumes from four or five years ago, this is one HUGE step forward... Take a gander at this:

Comparatively this is a HIGH quality costume we are talking about, and the licensed costume creators have come a LONG way, and while they aren\'t there yet, they are trying, and we as the fans have to give them credit for that... Not everyone wants to go through the pain in the ass it is to put together a professional quality Darth Vader costume... This is the next best thing, and I think that anyone who wants to wear a costume, and represent the character shouldn\'t catch flack from the "true fans" for wanting to do so... The whole concept of a "true fan" is a load of horsecrap all in it\'s self, but I won\'t go into that... Granted, this costume won\'t get you into the 501st, but my guess is that people who purchase this costume only want it to show/wear to the movie, or on Halloween, and aren\'t interested in something like the 501st, anyway. Spaz, Congrats, I know you\'ll love the suit, and even more, I know you\'ll love how you feel when you are wearing the suit, it is a feeling like no other, don\'t force choke too many people, and have a blast...
Take care, guys!!!!
I\'ll be back, don\'t worry...
JCG
P.S. The costume in MOST of the advertising photos is NOT the costume you will recieve if you order this costume, it is a publicity photo, sorry...
